He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Higgins and Jean Higgins; and his sisters, Rebecca McClendon and Vicki Reed. He is survived by: his daughters, Jeanna Pierron (Michael) and Angela Sargent; his close friend Debbie Wright; his grandchildren, Joshua, Jessica, Joscelyn, Jordan and Nicholas; his great grandchild Frederik; and his siblings, Gary, Barry, Kerry and Sherry Smith. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
