She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Shannon and Lulu Shannon (Coen); her husband Ray Annett; her son Mark Annett; and her sons-in-law, Ed Jarvis and Wayne Husley.
She is survived by: her children, Dawn Jarvis of Cottage Grove, OR, Mona Hulsey of Eugene, OR, John Annett (Joanne) of Creswell, OR, Dan, Dave, Sam, Joe and Jim Annett; and her siblings, Cora Lavonne Hartson of Fredricksburg, IA and Duane Coen. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
