She is survived by: her husband John Van Mechelen; her sons, Vincent Matlock, John Franklin and Paul Van Mechelen; her siblings, Lavina Bowers, Marvin and Raymond Mattz; her grandchildren, Ashley Matlock, Stephanie Weldon, John Franklin Jr., McKenzie, Shelby Franklin, Ciera, Grant Klopmeyer, Paul Jr., Amanda, Kyle and Mason Van Mchelen; and her great grandchildren, Kacen Zeckman, River, Truth, Wisdom Van Mchelen, Nakia Matlock, Donald, Cecilia Moore, Dorea, Deane, Kyson Brown, Sam and Jeremy Jones. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
