He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, Kris Pedro (Garrett) and Jeff Garrett; his grandchildren, Gabrielle, Kaylyn and Aiden; his great grandchild Hazel Rose; and his sisters, Joyce Spencer and Cleo Snyder. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
