He was predeceased by: his parents, Chris Frank and Emily Frank; and his siblings, Ardith Ross (Frank), Darrell Frank and Darlene Frank.
He is survived by: his wife Clarice Frank (Lennard); and his children, Susan Aleson (Theodore) of Spokane, WA, Lorelei Kelly (Patrick) of Valley Center, CA, Christine Frank of Union, OR, Richard Frank (Lynda) of Union, OR, Anthony Frank of La Grande, OR, Daniel Frank of Spokane, WA, Phillip Frank (Josephine) of Cleveland, OK and Virgil Frank (Stephanie) of Washougal, WA. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
