She was predeceased by: her parents, William Bertsch (Billie) and Mable Bertsch (Alexander); her husband Ralph LaDell Puckett (Boggs); and her sisters, Duane (Gay Zander), Ray Puckett, Jim Puckett (Sue Puckett), Alice Ann, Max (Wy Lane), Willy (Connie Marks), Earl (Zelda Marshall), Ronnie (Rosie Powell) and Iron Puckett.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jean Anne (Brad Dilworth), Susie (Monty Hesse), Vicki (Jim Holland), Bonnie (Brett Getchell) and Tammy (Tim Rynearson); and her cousin Imie Bristow.
