He was predeceased by: his parents, Alva Stephens and Rita Stephens (McMillan); and his brother Stan Stephens. He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Butch Stephens (Roxanne) of La Grande, OR and Sheri Wilhelm (Clay) of Elgin, OR; his siblings, Donnie Stephens (Linda) of Vancouver, WA and Kay Piper of El Cajon, CA; and his sister-in-law Carol Stephens of Prineville, OR. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
