He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Corliss Fernlund, James Herbert, Elnathan and Minnie Davis; and his aunts and uncles, Sandy Herbert, Carl Croy, Marvin Davis, Helen Ani, Pete Davis, Rita Davis, Ruth (Ruby Davis) and Paul Davis.
He is survived by: his parents, Terry Herbert Sr. and Minnie Herbert; his daughter Naloma C. Coquise Herbert; his siblings, Michael (Blanche), Brian (Traci) and Ollie (Shara); and his aunts and uncles, Jeanne, John Anderson, Davida Croy, Tracy Herbert and Mark Davis. He is also survived by numerous cousins, extended family, and friends.
