He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Edward and Syble Irene Smith. He is survived by: his wife Ludy Amante; his children, R. Wayne Smith II (Nichole) and Anya Smith; his grandchildren, Madeline, Abigail and Zoey; his great grandchild Elton; and his brothers, Michael and Danny. He is also survived by his relatives and friends.
Due to COVID restrictions a small graveside service will be conducted on Monday, January 4, 2021, for close family members only.
