He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles B. Saltsgaver and Anneta E. Saltsgaver (Lee); his children, Ross Lee Saltsgaver (Barbara) of West Virginia, Peggy Jo Hammond of West Virginia, Donald Ray Saltsgaver (Pam) of West Virginia and Richard Allen Saltsgaver (Connie) of West Virginia; and his nephew Robert Saltsgaver (Eleanor) of Yuma, AZ. He was also cherished by 12 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
