She was predeceased by: her parents, Conard Keene and Minnie Keene (Lindsay); her husband Glen A. Westfall; and her brother William Keene. She is survived by: her daughters, Glenda Black of Springfield, OR and Sydney Cagle (Mike) of Novinger, MO; her granddaughter Wendy Spady of Cottage Grove, OR; and her brother Jim Keene of Otter Rock, OR. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren; 7 great-great-grandchildren.
