She is survived by: her husband Jerry Thompson of Cottage Grove, OR; her children, Jeff Thompson (Amanda) of Harrisburg, OR and Stacia (Rickey Barros) of Salem, OR; her siblings, Mary Cady, Randy Cady of Alvadore, OR and Raymond Cady of Yoncalla, OR.; and her grandchildren, Makenzie James (Thompson), Austyn Thompson, Tyler Thompson and Gracelynn Barros.
