With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James C. Perkins of Cottage Grove, Oregon, who passed away on January 12, 2021 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ovie Lee and Hazel Golden Perkins (Soules); his wife Joan Perkins; and his children, Alicia Perkins, Michael, Randy and Brad Perkins. He was also cherished by nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
