He was predeceased by: his parents, Harley Lewis and Millicent Lewis (Owen). He is survived by: his children, Harley Lewis (Mary), Benjamin Lewis (Denise) of Stockton, CA, Elizabeth Risso (Pat) of Cottage Grove, OR, Rebecca Lewis (Johnny) of Glendale, AZ and Jonathon Lewis of Lebanon, OR; and his sisters, Ruth Long of Auberry, CA and Joan Tibbet. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
