He was predeceased by: his parents, George Lee and Marie Rose Fruehling Monsive; his wife Lorena "Jean" Rankin; and his children, Pamela Jean and Mark.
He is survived by: his sons, Robert (Colette) of St. Helens and Thomas (Debra) of Cottage Grove; and his daughter-in-law Devone. He is also survived by five grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren and 3 great great grandsons.
