He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Owen and Zora Owen. He is survived by: his children, Ernest L. Owen Jr. (Edith), Judith "Judy" Owen and Carline Thweatt. He is also survived by 8 grandkids and 18 great grandkids.
A funeral service will be held on Sunday, January 5th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Cottage Grove Elks Lodge 755 (755 N River Rd, Cottage Grove, OR 97424).
