He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Joseph and Geraldine Lorraine Guidry (Maag) of Shady Cove; his stepbrother Terry Watson; his parents-in-law, Carl and Marion Scheleen of Roseburg; his sister-in-law Carol Watson of Clovis, Cali.; and his grandchild Mackenzie Blaney of Issaquah, Wash..
He is survived by: his children, Jonathan Edward Guidry (Jandyra Dubofsky), Anna Kathleen Blaney (Guidry) and Daniel Elliot Guidry; his wife Janet; and his granddaughters, Lily and Emma Blaney.
For his work donating time and his skills in the electrical field he was awarded Friend of the Arts, received the Master Electrician designation in his field as a journeyman electrician, and as a cub scout he received many badges and awards.
