It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Douglas Scott Swezey in Cottage Grove, Oregon, born in Vici, Oklahoma, who passed away on May 17, 2024, at the age of 35, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Greg Lea and Ja Lea; his siblings, Ashley and Zakk; his grandparents, John, Rosalee Freeman, J. W. Evans, Phil and Betty Swezey; his uncle Marty Evans (Church); his cousin Bethany Evans; his mother-in-law Kim McManus; and his niece Natalie Rose Shamburg.

He is survived by: his wife Jacelyn Shay; and his children, Jaimie Richan and Chandler Reese of Brewster, WA.. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, brethren and friends.
