She was predeceased by: her parents, Mattielene Hawthorne (Barber) and Marvin Hawthorne; and her brothers, Winston Hawthorne, Robert Hawthorne and Berle Hawthorne.
She is survived by: her husband Jerry; her son Gerald (Trina); and her siblings, Carolyn Lowe (Ed), Shirley DeWitt (Bill) and James Hawthorne (Angie). She is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
Died August 1, 2021 at Magnolia Memory Care in Cottage Grove Oregon of Alzheimer's.
