It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Jean Hooker of Cottage Grove, Oregon, who passed away on August 29, 2024, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her children, Leonard, Marie and Mike. She is survived by: her children, Barbara, Gloria and Erling; her former husband Raymond Shepard; her husband John Hooker; her children, Connie Rowlett of Cottage Grove, Steve (Annie Shepard) of Creswell and Karen Shepard (Brian Bell) of Bend; her granddaughter Candice Shepard of Cottage Grove; and her siblings, Gloria Cawrse and Erling "Oop" Johnson of Toledo. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Trinity Lutheran Church maintenance fund.
