He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles Ernest Powell and Frankie Lee Dacus; his wife Michele; his daughters, Heather Ray of Pocatello and Heidi Donahue of Albany; his siblings, Lynn Burtch, Gary Powell of Choteau, Montana and Randy Powell of Leveland, Texas.; his grandchildren, Zechariah, Jeremiah, Adeline, Hosanna and Corinth Donahue; and his niece Naomi.
