We are sad to announce that on September 30, 2022, at the age of 86, Walter Joseph Atkinson (Corvallis, Oregon), born in Portland, Oregon passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl H. Atkinson and Iris Mae Atkinson; and his sister Joyce Pierpoint. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Atkinson; his daughters, Coleen Montgomery (Jim) and Cristy Richards (Steve); his grandchildren, Jeremy Montgomery, Stephanie Montgomery, Marissa Brotherton (Joe) and Megan Richards; his great grandchild A. J. Brotherton; and his brother Keith Atkinson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
