He is survived by: his spouse Barbara; his children, Mike, Scott, Christina Bang, Joey Kimdon (David), Katie Kimball, Grampy, Aria, Arbor Kimdon, Paloma Bang and Barlow Kimball; his sisters, Jo Bang, Carli Richard (Bill), Sue Coady (Terry) and Marie Schweizer (Paul); and his former wife Shirley Melaas. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
