She is survived by: her sister Jackie; her former husband Dick Kennedy of Corvallis; her husband Ken Avery of Corvallis; her sister Jacquelyn Lindh (Bernard); her daughter Katie; her nephew Johnathan; her stepchildren, Matthew Avery (Maj-Britt) and Sara Cornell (Mitch); her aunt Evelyn; and her uncle Richard DeJong of Sheridan. She is also survived by five grandchildren and many extended family.
