Lewis; her children, Deann Radke, Tammy Ashdown, Sherri Lewis, Charles Calvert Lewis, Jeffrey Max Lewis, Steven Thomas Lewis and Edwin Boyd Lewis; and her siblings, Kathryn Cox Jensen, Barbara Cox Hoag and Edwin Richard Cox.
