He is survived by: his former wife Lottie Brown; his wife Nancy Minnick (Albany); his brother Doug Minnick (Beaverton); and his children, Michelle Kimura (Albany), Rob MInnick (Albany), Renee Gotz (Portland), Tyler Minnick (Albany), Rebecca Thomas (Lebanon) and Stephen Thomas (Germany). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
