It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Philip John Heath of Corvallis, Oregon, who passed away on October 24, 2021, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his former wife Shirley Ohlendorf; and his granddaughter Heather Hanson. He is survived by: his children, Paula Hanson, Chuck Heath and Joan Graves; and his stepchildren, Kara Knopp, Kathy Adams and Bill Weldon. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
