He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Theodore R. Rowe and Helen Rowe (Kay); his brothers, W. Bruce and James; his former wife Ilene McIntosh; his daughters, Neeta and Gayle; his stepchild Tye; his son Steven; his wife Linda; and his sister Marilee. He was also cherished by his four children and their spouses, his 6 grandchildren and great grandson.
