He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Rauscher and Pat Rauscher. He is survived by: his wife Ann Root of Corvallis; his sisters, Beth Armstrong (Steve), Nancy Stites (Dale Imbleau) and Terri Clay (Paul); and his brother-in-law Tom Root. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and numerous friends.
