He was predeceased by: his father Dick. He is survived by: his mother Gail; his children, Michael, Erin and Lauren; his sisters, Teresa, Denise and Michelle; and his grandchildren, Emma, Dahlia, Lane, Little Daniel, Cole, Zinnia and Arlo.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Luekemia Foundation.
