She is survived by: her husband MSgt Jack M. Hermes; her sons, John Edward Hermes (Gisela Ward) of Escondido, CA, Jeffrey Theodore Hermes (Pamela) of Kapolei, HI., James Curtis Hermes (Peggy) of Philomath, OR and Christians; and her siblings, Edward Gerken of Norwalk, CT, Lorraine Williams of Burbank, CA and Betty Brown of Fallbrook, CA. She is also survived by five grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
