He was predeceased by: his parents, Beverly Maltbie and Jimmie Maltbie. He is survived by: his siblings, Becky Maltbie, Amy Maltbie and Greg Maltbie; his niece Heidi Maltbie; and his friends, Levi, Cody McDonald, Wes Tedder, Jason Hunter, Justin Kingsbury and Brian Orr. He is also survived by loving uncle not only to his own niece but to his friends' children.
