He was predeceased by: his parents, Winston Dale Rhoades and Catherine Irene Rhoades. He is survived by: his wife Janice Rae Rhoades; his sister Stephanie Ann Webb (Jack); his children, Matthew Harrison Rhoades, Jessica Erin Jarrell (Jerame) and Jeffrey William Rhoades (Cate); and his grandson Noah Michael-Howard Rhoades. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
