He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Ray and Elva Grace Hunter (Watkins); and his brother Robert. He is survived by: his former wife Barbara Bertholf; his children, Kim Alison (Ken Anderson) of Stone Ridge, NY and Kris Alan (Dee) of Hewitt, NJ; his wife Charlene Sale; his son Jason Charles Sale of San Jose, CA; his grandchildren, Monica, Sara, Heather and Joshua; and his great grandchildren, Levi, Isaac, Rose and Demetria.

Lumina Hospice was a great help to Harold and his family in his final days, and memorial contributions in Harold's name may be made to Lumina.
