He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Clifford Johnston and Ardis Schreiber Johnston; his wife Shirley Johnston; his son Gary Johnston; his daughter-in-law Lisa Featherstone; his granddaughter Ava Johnston; his daughter Alison Johnston; his daughter-in-law Angie Docherty; his grandson Jordan Docherty of Corvallis, OR; and his sister Judy McNally.
