It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank Michel of Corvallis, Oregon, born in Portland, Oregon, who passed away on September 20, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Gertrude Deatt McEwan and Benjamin Franklin Michel; his former spouses, Gail Hayes and Elinor Tousley; his spouse Satsuki Ina; his sons, David Michel (Melissa), John Michel, Whit Michel (Camille) and Chris Michel (Jan Wolford); and his grandchildren, Matthew, Taryn, Whitney, Rachel, Bryan, Andrew, Jake, Christianne, Ryan and Chelsea. He was also cherished by his great-grandchildren.
