With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frances Lorraine Winstead of Corvallis, Oregon, born in York, Nebraska, who passed away on July 6, 2022 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Erving Harden and Hilda Harden; her former spouse Merle Neer; her children, Charlotte Randall of Clinton, Montana and Allan Neer of Corvallis; her husband Roy Winstead; and her daughter Karen Hay. She was also cherished by 6 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; and several great great grandchildren.
Memorial Contributions can be made in her name to Peace Lutheran Church in Philomath.
