She is survived by: her husband Ron Hershel; her children, Martin Algots (Mairim Saavedra), Sara DeHoff (Ric DeHoff) and Meg Johnson (CJ Johnson); her stepdaughters, Cindy Wanvig (Wes Wanvig) and Audrey Richardson (Bob Richardson); her sister Sue Bouet; and her grandchildren, Emily DeHoff, Iris Kilmister, Barry Kilmister, Arin Stroops, Deanza Britton and Tiffany Richardson.
From 2005 until 2020, she hosted an intimate weekly devotional gathering in her home which continued until the COVID-19 pandemic moved the gathering to a virtual format.
