He was predeceased by: his stepdaughter Donna Koehler (Allen); and his wife Rosemary. He is survived by: his former spouse Pepper Ann; his stepchildren, Randy, Mike Allen, Linda Davis (Allen) and Janet Gerding (Allen); his children, Pepper Ann and Toni Rae; and his grandson Randy. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
