He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Kramer and Elda Kramer (Staats). He is survived by: his wife Ruth Tribur Kramer of Jefferson; his children, James Kramer of Jefferson, Elizabeth Kramer Oelrich of Portland and Susan Eason; and his siblings, Elton Kramer of Albany, Delores Dickerson of Brownsville and Mary Jo Robertson of Jefferson. He is also survived by three step children; six grandchildren, and eight great grandchildren.
