She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman D. Neathamer and Jean F. Neathamer (Rice); her siblings, Norman, Michael and Sandra; and her grandparents, Stella Neathamer (Owings), E. R. and Sarah Rice (Fifer).
She is survived by: her aunt Helen; her husband Joe Francis; her sons, Mark, Anthony and Jon; her nieces, Natasha and Bridget; her nephew Chris Neathamer; her great-niece Londyn Grace; her grandchildren, Tim, Daniel, Maika, Cheyenne and Makalani; and her sister Norma. She is also survived by her mom and dad, baby brothers, and baby sister.
