He is survived by: his wife Judith Gardner of Stayton; his daughter Melissa Hart (John); his granddaughter Maisie of Missoula, Montana; his daughter Elizabeth Stanley (Bud); his grandchildren, Justin and Lilly Rogers of Corvallis; his children, Vern Gardner of Stayton and Christine Constantine (Anthony); his grandsons, Marcus and Lucas of Portland; and his sister Glenda West (John Ukulov) of Albany.
