He was predeceased by: his parents, George Spinney and Georgia Spinney. He is survived by: his girlfriend Linda Williams of Wren; his children, Roger Spinney of Kings Valley and Sandy Stahl of Spokane; and his brothers, Billy Spinney of Kings Valley and Jerry Spinney of Sheridan.
