He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Sidney Frieze and Evaline Frieze; his wife Joanne; his children, Michael Frieze (Kathy), Sandra Leichner (Brett), Stephanie Speers and Lisa Sledge (Gus); and his sister Nancy Van Valkenburg of Madras.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations are made in Chuck's name to the Autism Speaks Organization and the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation.
