With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kevin Dale Carter of Cornelius, Oregon, born in Watseka, Illinois, who passed away on May 29, 2022 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Merle Carter and Mable Carter (McClung); and his brother Dennis. He is survived by: his former wife Leona Street; his sons, Trevor and Robert; and his sisters, Myrna (Sam Cooper) and Laurel Clifton of Cornelius, OR. He is also survived by four grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
