He is survived by: his wife Janet; his children, Andrew MacKendrick, Meghan MacKendrick-Lochrie, Ashley MacKendrick-Applebee, Michael MacKendrick, Jessi Holycross, Heather Wilson and Joshua Wilson; and his brother Jerry Kendrick.
