She was predeceased by: her father Jack Winston Heyen; and her stepfather Clark Shelley. She is survived by: her mother Donna Eileen Shelley (Neal) of South Ogden; her siblings, David Heyen, Joan Lajoie of Enumclaw Washington and Rachel Armstrong; and her pet Ray. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
