He is survived by: his former wife Joan Pettegrew; his brother Davy; his wife Barbara Couch Crockett; his daughters, Debbie Crockett (Jerry Brask), Diane (Dave Buche) and Cheryl (Harlan Harris); and his sister-in-law Joyce Crockett of Smith River, California.. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren.
