He was predeceased by: his mother Betty Lou Christensen (Allen); and his wife Christine. He is survived by: his father William Harvey; his daughter Jennifer; his grandchildren, Ethan and Tacie; and his siblings, Brenda, Brigitte, Alvin, Cornelia, Thomas and Michael. He is also survived by daughter; two grandchildren; and many friends.
