He is survived by: his parents, Charles Scott and Vada Marie Scott (Spriggs); his wife Angela Sue Scott (Rich) of Coos Bay, OR.; his children, Oz Majour of Coos Bay, OR, Jennifer St and Raymond Scott; his stepsons, Richard Marshall of Lompoc, CA, Raymond Marshall of Sacramento, CA and Andrew Marshall of Las Vegas, NV; and his siblings, Tim Scott, Dave Scott, Mike Scott, Ken Scott and Jackie Parker (Larry Parker). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren.
